If this speaks to you, there is probably a reason you are here — we are looking for a G×Bar Manager! We will definitely be a match if you:

• have at least 2 years of experience as a manager;
• know how to collaborate effectively with a team, contractors, and clients;
• understand the role and challenges of a leader;
• know how to work with financial reports and plans.

What you will do:

• organize the work of administrators and beauty specialists;
• maintain wow client service and review negative feedback together with the team;
• oversee team training and ensure that specialists and administrators follow work standards;
• consistently work on improving team satisfaction;
• control the purchase of consumables for the team and complete the checklist weekly;
• manage financial plans and operational expenses at G×Bar;
• complete operational reports daily;
• monitor transactions and ensure the team follows financial instructions;
• set goals and sales plans for the team;
• oversee the space and assess the need for updates or renovation;
• be an ambassador of the company’s values and support G×Bar corporate culture.
